Background
Pars Financial Corporation was established in 1980 in San Diego, CA after Mashallah Afshar completed his degree in Accounting followed by his MBA from the University of Dallas. In the years following, he earned his certificate as an Enrolled Agent (EA), allowing him to represent his clients at any level of the IRS. Thanks to referrals alone, what began as a small local business has now flourished into a well established accounting firm with clientele throughout Southern California, Utah, Arizona and Nevada.
